How we work
In our search for qualified dentists the questions are: who and what do we focus on?
Practice shows it’s very hard to find the dentist you are looking for in your own country or region in the Netherlands
Because alternatives are very limited, it is obvious to look beyond your own country borders. For this process it is important to pay attention to various criteria that play a role in this.
The quality of education is very important, but it is also a must for the person we have contact with to understand: what are the motives for him/her to consider a migration?
For example, is this strongly “money-driven”, or is someone looking for a way to do more sophisticated dentistry or chance for specialization.

Personal features and qualities also play a major role. In order to determine whether we are working with the right people, we carefully screen candidates on all kinds of aspects. We strive to be succesful as possible.
This can be done by reducing risks and starts with giving reality based information both here and there, together with good preparation and screening. It is absolutely undesirable when a candidate leaves all and everyone behind and, for example, within three years, decides to go back.
Long-term success is important for everyone involved. That is why we also want to be realistic in advance about the expectations towards the candidate.
And yes, there are those who have completed their dental study with good ratings. Show their professional skills and prefer to practice this with passion rather than being forced to take a job as a taxi driver. Simply because, for example, there is little chance of a job as a dentist in their own country.
When one is aware of what is given up and who is left behind, the process with Involved can ultimately make sense.
