We search, evaluate, train, match, guide and refer people to their forthcoming career as dentists in Dutch practices.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>passed professional exam;<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\"> <\/span>around 2-3 years of experience as a practicing dentist is strongly recommended;<span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\"><\/span><\/li>\n<li>motivation to grow professionally and\\or interested in long-term specialization;<\/li>\n<li>team player;<\/li>\n<li>high service level to colleagues and patients;<\/li>\n<li>great adaptability in working methods, habits and approach;<\/li>\n<li>stable private situation;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Starting this project represents a major challenge for candidates who dare to take this step.<\/p>\n<p>Involved also provides guidance and support for diploma validation according to Dutch requirements.<\/p>\n<p>In general, it takes about 8-9 months to be well prepared:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4-5 months in country of origin, where priority is learning Dutch according to the standards of the respected \u2018Babel\u2019 institute;<\/li>\n<li>3-4 months in The Netherlands where focus is on language training and professional lessons with Dutch dentists.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Involved B.V. is looking for the right people \u2014 people who want to innovate, achieve, grow and lead.
